What is Enterprise Access？

Enterprise Access is a product customized by FLEXJOY for enterprise clients. After signing an agreement to activate an Enterprise Access account, employees of the contracted company gain access to hot desks, meeting rooms, and day offices, along with customized discounts. Monthly billing is directly settled with the company, enabling true pay-as-you-go pricing, which is the optimal solution for cost control.

Two Billing Modes: Prepaid Mode and Postpaid Mode.

Prepaid Mode

Companies activate their Enterprise Access account via prepaid recharge. Each booking by employees deducts from the account balance. Enterprise admin can monitor balances and transaction records. Top-ups are available as needed, and a detailed monthly bill is issued at the beginning of each month to help companies manage costs.

Postpaid Mode

Available immediately after signing the Enterprise Access agreement. Employee bookings are recorded in the following month’s bill. Managers can review billing amounts and booking records. The bill is issued at the beginning of the month, and payment is made after confirmation.
